At Forenexa, we ensure a secure, transparent, and efficient payment process for all users. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding deposits, withdrawals, transaction processing, and security measures.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

    • USDT (BEP20) – Binance Smart Chain (BSC)
    • USDT (TRC20) – Tron Network
  • Other payment methods: 

Payments made through unauthorized methods will not be credited to your account, and Forenexa will not be responsible for any losses incurred.


2. Deposits

  • All deposits must be made through the official deposit section in your Forenexa account.
  • Users must select the correct network (BEP20 or TRC20) before making a deposit.
  • Deposits will be credited to your account within 1 hour after network confirmation.
  • Minimum deposit amount: 20$
  • Deposits below the minimum limit will not be processed and may not be recoverable.

Ensure you copy the correct wallet address and select the correct network before making a deposit. Forenexa is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong address or via the wrong network.


3. Withdrawals

  • Withdrawals can be requested anytime through the withdrawal section in your account.
  • Users must select the correct network (BEP20 or TRC20) before requesting a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawal Processing Time: All requests are processed within 48 hours after verification.
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 10$
  • Withdrawal fees may apply depending on network conditions.
  • Users must ensure their wallet address is correct before submitting a withdrawal request.

For security reasons, additional verification may be required before processing withdrawals.


4. Transaction Processing & Fees

  • Transaction fees apply for both deposits and withdrawals, depending on network conditions.
  • Users will be notified of any applicable fees before completing a transaction.
  • Transactions once initiated cannot be reversed.

5. Purchase & Refund Policy

  • Once a plan is purchased, it is non-refundable, regardless of usage or performance.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing the plan details before making a purchase.
  • No refunds or chargebacks will be issued for incorrect purchases, early plan termination, or dissatisfaction.

By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and non-refundable.


6. Security & Fraud Prevention

  • Forenexa reserves the right to review and hold any transaction that appears suspicious or violates our terms.
  • Any attempt at fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or unauthorized transactions will result in account suspension and possible legal action.
  • Users must enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.

7. Refund & Dispute Policy

  • All deposits and withdrawals are final and non-refundable once processed.

  • Disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
